As you can see we have added a support ticket system.
The support ticket center is ONLY for premium membership issues and our very own in-house resources.
If you have any issue with upgrading your account to premium, or there are issues with your upgrade, create a support ticket.
Same thing with our in-house resources.
The support ticket center is not for any resource in the resource manager nor any forum bugs.
